Illegal immigration is a critical issue here in Arizona. Ultimately the federal government is responsible for developing real, practical solutions to our immigration challenges. Unfortunately, both Republican and Democrat parties have been negligent in addressing the problem.
Sharing a border with another country should be an asset. Our ultimate goal should be peace, rule of law, and successful trade with Mexico.
We need a wall. Weapons, drugs, and human trafficking can be reduced by building a wall at the border. This is a federal obligation and the state should demand our Washington delegation address the issue or be replaced.
